Four silent angels
standing face to face
Corners of a facade
two and two alike
Diamonds in a bracelet
with a heart of gold
one to the left and to the right
two by two they sit
Packed in a crystal lattice
sculpted out of bronze
where they are revered
there they stand majestically
And where they are reviled
there they stand aloof.
